The business work: designing how growth happens and how money moves through the system.

The distribution work: finding audiences, earning attention, and converting demand.

The systems work: building infrastructure that compounds rather than campaigns that expire.
Sales collateral, pitch decks, one-pagers, program packaging, launch kits, provider education materials, patient education materials, battlecards, sales playbooks, onboarding and getting-started guides.
The translation work: turning strategy into materials that customers understand, sales teams use, and businesses can actually sell from.
Healthcare GTM strategy, HIPAA-aware marketing, B2B2C acquisition models, provider acquisition, patient acquisition, clinical commercialization, benefits and employer marketing, pricing and reimbursement strategy, compliance-aware lifecycle design, and multi-stakeholder growth systems.
The complexity work: growth for businesses where trust, compliance, and multiple stakeholders matter as much as conversion rates.
Fractional CMO leadership, interim growth leadership, team design and hiring, vendor selection and management, executive coaching, cross-functional operating cadence, board communication, KPI architecture, product and growth mentorship, and change management.
The leadership work: helping organizations build internal capability rather than external dependency.
Neither do we. Growth problems move across brand, customer experience, marketing, sales, data and technology, and the answer rarely fits neatly inside one discipline. BBGB works across all of them, independently or together.
Bring us the problem, the opportunity, or the workstream. We'll meet you where you need us, connect what needs connecting, and build from there. Start with one capability or bring us across several. The work flexes around what your business needs.
The judgment layer feeding every other discipline below.
Where decisioning becomes a relationship, not just a data point.
Where that relationship reaches new people, priced against what they're worth.
What holds every touchpoint together, before and after the transaction.
Where strategy becomes something a seller can actually use in the room.
The layer that lets every discipline above move faster than it could alone.
We work inside the tools your business already uses and bring in new ones when they make the work better, faster or more measurable. From customer data and CRM to acquisition, AI and automation, technology is part of how we build, not a separate workstream.
Audit the funnel, the stack, and the story. Find where growth is actually breaking.
Design the strategy, positioning, pricing, and systems to support it.
Stand up the dashboards, routing logic, collateral, campaigns, websites, and workflows.
Run the systems alongside your team until the numbers move.
Leave behind the systems, playbooks, and operating cadence required to continue without us.

The same framework we use with clients — a practical tool to find the constraint, customer truth, or opportunity worth solving first. Work through it on your own, bring it into a leadership meeting, or print it and write directly on it.
Includes: 5 guided questions, a scoring matrix, and a one-page Growth Brief you can bring into your next meeting.
"Annie's approach is refreshingly candid and always insightful. She is a skilled storyteller, brand strategist, and media planner. Annie succeeds in earning the trust of senior stakeholders within an organization."— Chad Tulloch, VP of Marketing, US Fertility

"You've made Paytient better, Anne. It's the highest praise I offer. You really have. And you've expanded our minds and reach — there are tens of thousands of people who will live their lives differently because of what you've built and the legacy you leave here."— CEO & Founder, Paytient
Leaders don't bring in an outside perspective to repeat what they already know. They bring it in to see what others have missed, find the opportunity that can change the trajectory of the business, and build what comes next.
That's how I work. I listen, ask questions and probe where there are assumptions. I identify what's fixed, what's flexible and where the business has room to move. I have very little ego about where the answer comes from. The customer, the data and what your team has already learned matter more than any playbook.
I bring experience to the table, but I use your quantitative and qualitative signals to find the wedge: the constraint, customer truth or unrealized opportunity standing between where you are and where you could go. Rigor upstream creates speed downstream. Once we understand the business and the problem worth solving, we can move quickly into development, because time to impact matters for all of us.
I've spent 20 years doing exactly that. At Omnicom and dentsu, I partnered with marketers behind some of the world's most successful and influential brands, including Apple, Microsoft and Visa, developing and executing strategies across the US, UK, Europe and APAC. Those years taught me how exceptional companies build brands, make decisions and turn customer understanding into commercial advantage.
At Amazon and Snap, I moved inside two of the world's most influential technology platforms, building enterprise partnerships, new commercial models and global growth strategies. At Paytient and across pre-seed to Series C companies, I moved closer still to the business itself, leading across positioning, product, sales, marketing, technology and revenue.
Today, I bring that experience together at BBGB Global. We go beyond the recommendation and into the work itself: the positioning, pricing, customer journey, sales motion, data, technology and operating systems that turn an opportunity into realized growth.

Welcome to BBGB Global — where we Build Brands, and Grow Businesses.
We do the hard thinking early. Listen deeply, interrogate assumptions, understand the constraints and find the right problem before we start building.
Not every problem deserves your time, money or attention. We look for the constraint or opportunity that can materially change the trajectory of the business.
The customer doesn't care about your org chart, legacy decisions or favorite idea. We follow the quantitative and qualitative signals until we understand what they actually need.
The most powerful data point can come from the CEO, a salesperson, a customer interview, a dashboard or the person who just joined yesterday. We connect insights and experience to find an answer.
The customer problem doesn't stop where your job description does. Neither do we.
Strategy isn't valuable when it just looks good in a deck. We build for the real world: what customers will use, teams can execute and businesses can measure. Realized growth is the goal.
We'll tell you what we'd build first. Reach out directly, or send a note through the form.
